Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery service is 5-10 working days (although most items are delivered within 3 days!) and represents the very best gift service in the UK. We monitor all our prices constantly to ensure we are always UK's Best Prices!

Please Note

Products will be despatched from our distribution centre in Kent and sometimes some orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time.

All products are priced for mainland UK and exclude delivery charges (10% of the order value) and VAT (17.5%) which is calculated at the checkout stage. Please note there is a very small minimum delivery charge of £2.80 for all orders below £28 (excluding VAT).

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm (excluding bank holidays). All goods require a signature on delivery.

_{All deliveries are subject to stock availability. Please note that due to geographical constraints Aberdeen, Inverness, Oban and the Western Isles, Cornwall, Devon and Northern Ireland only qualify for 3 Day Delivery with our Express Delivery service.}

Damages, cancellations & returns

We want all our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our goods and service. We pride ourselves in delivering quality products at very low prices. If you are dissatisfied with our service or goods for any reason, please contact customer services by clicking on contact us.

Discrepancies/Damages

Any claim by you which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with the specification shall be notified to within 5 working days from the date of delivery or within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure. alisonbondgifts.co.uk shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the goods).

Cancellations & Returns

You have 14 days to request goods to be cancelled (from date of order) or returned (from date of receipt). Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Alisonbond.co.uk reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 15% of the value of the goods for items cancelled or returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Any damage to the Goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the minimum handling fee (if applicable) referred to above. We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions once the Goods have been examined and within 30 days of their delivery from you by alisonbondgifts.co.uk
